ArchiPrep

Management and development of ArchiPrep, AIA’s Architecture Registration Exam preparation program. 

Responsible for creating and implementing business and product growth strategy and solutions by working with internal teams, business partners, customers, subject matter experts, AIA senior leadership, AIA chapters, and the technology platform provider. 

Conducts market research, reviews feedback, and survey data, and coordinates competitive analysis and marketing efforts. 

Management of external content providers and QA/QC efforts.

Manages partnership with International Code Council and Wiley Publishing. 

Development of future architecture education products and curriculum.

         Team tasked with evaluating and suggesting improvements to the organization’s learning offerings for members.

Taylor Residence, 2018-2019, San Luis Obispo, CA

Zoning and platting research; predesign info for client.

Addition of elevator into existing residence.

McFarlane Architects: Intern Architect/Revit Manager, September 2015 – April 2018 Projects: 

6225 Nancy Ridge Drive, 2017, San Diego, CA 

Tenant improvement of preexisting manufacturing and office building. Shell improvements and landscape improvements. Construction document development and permit acquisition.

La Jolla Pharmaceuticals, 2016-2017, San Diego, CA 

Interior Conceptual Renderings of preexisting 4 story office building and labs.  

Genesis North Tower, 2015-2018, South San Francisco, CA 

Twenty-one-level office tower core and shell modifications, tenant improvement and lab design. 

Constructed Revit model from the design architect’s previous CAD documents for coordination and lab design development. Documentation production for all phases.

Revit Manager, 2015-2018 

Developed and implemented the firm’s Graphic Standards for Revit. Transitioned office from AutoCAD to Revit  

 

Gensler Architects: Technical Designer, October 2010 - April 2015 Projects: 

Woodloch II, 2015 

Thirty-one-level office tower with connected parking garage and amenity spaces. Assisted with interior documentation.  

Anadarko Childcare, 2014-2015  

Two level, 50,000 square foot childcare facility for client’s employees. Participated in all phases of the project from Schematic Design through Construction Documents. Core and Shell focus. Consultant coordination.  

La Cantera West Ridge Campus/ Aspen Lake 2, 2014  

Spec office buildings of approximately 400,000 square feet in San Antonio and Austin, TX. Core and Shell development. Focus on exterior canopy system development and documentation. Coordination with sub-contractor and consultants. Parking scheme development coordination with civil consultants. 

Southwestern Energy Headquarters, 2013 

Two tower office building for energy company in Spring, TX. Assisted with development of Construction Documents. 

ExxonMobil Campus Project, 2010-2013  

Corporate campus for ExxonMobil in Spring, TX including 15 office buildings, 3 garages, multiple support buildings and flagship office building. Project Management Support, Construction Administration Support. Coordinated submittals and RFI’s for initial phase of construction. Developed project delivery schemes and logistical standards for coordination and documentation.

Current Chapters include The NewSchool of Architecture, Arizona State University, University of Southern California and the University of California, Berkeley.
